Contributions
Contributions are processed by WinRed, a third-party payment processor. When you click a Donate link you leave this website and are subject to WinRed’s own privacy policy and terms. Any information you provide during a contribution is collected by WinRed, not by this website. Kentucky law requires campaigns to publicly report certain information about contributors, which may include name, address, occupation, and employer; reported information becomes part of the public record filed with the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance.
Email and phone
If you email or call the campaign directly, we use your message and contact details only to respond to you. We do not sell or rent contact information.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the campaign’s hosting provider may keep standard server logs. Links to Facebook, WinRed, and government election websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.
Changes
If the campaign later adds a form, a sign-up, or analytics to this site, this policy will be updated before those features go live.
